about me

Krista Beyer is a ski/raft guide, hydrologic/engineering technician, and artist/writer living a duality of lives in the desert southwest and Alaska interior . Her artwork is inspired by her surroundings as well as her upbringing in Washington state and transient habits. As a Jill of many trades, Krista incorporates a broad wheelhouse of interests into her art and hopes to use it to spread knowledge of and gratitude for the natural surroundings and ecosystems that we live in. For her, art is a lifestyle and the process of learning while creating is more important than the output.
